Salam Alaikum Parents,

As has become tradition at DNS Sunday School; To honour the teachers, administrators and the students for all the hard work they have put into the 2010-2011 Sunday school classes I would like to ask each family to contribute to the end of year graduation potluck which will be held after Duhr prayer on May 22, 2011 on Graduation day.

You may contribute with

- Money (as much as you wish)

- food (as many entrees as you want)

- drinks

- cutlery/napkins

Assistance to organize the food, tables, setup and cleanup will be appreciated as well. Male teachers and parents will be asked to help out.

This meal will be organized by the Parent Committee so the following will asked to step up and compile lists of contributions from all parents every Sunday from now until the ceremony:

- Chairman: Br. Osama
- Vice Chair: Sr. Zaineb
- Secretary: Sr. Nizhat
- Treasurer: Br. Azfar
- Event Committee - Sr. Heidi
- Teacher training rep/Committee head? - Sr. Nizhat
- General Committee Sr. Saamia

I don't expect there to be too many concerns but let *us* know if there are. I have attached a list of menu suggestions i remember from last year as reference.
